I have a rental property at Lexington KY and live at Pittsburgh PA. My tenant called that the mail box and post was broken due to winter storm and need to be replaced. I contacted Walter based on the Ad on Craigslist. He was very responsive and replied my email quickly. With a very reasonable service fee, he took care of my problem in a professional manner. I never met him personally, but the way he handles the business is very trustworthy and reliable. He even went out taking care of my problem on weekend in a winter rainy day! A real hardworking guy...

Walt is a true professional. I had a LOT of debris and tree branches that needed cleaning up. He made great suggestions that helped me save money in the long run too. My yard looks fabulous!

Hey Walter Sorry I missed seeing you the last couple of times. I did go to your website and use the PayPal option so I hope you will get payment since I did get the email confirmation of payment. Thanks for keeping my grass looking so nice and I hope with my tax return and saving some money we can do more work on yard next spring and summer. I wanted to drop you this email since not sure if you would have to mow again this year, and I want to make sure we continue our service since I have been very happy with how you have kept my lawn looking. Walter began mowing for us several months ago and our yard has never looked better. He is thorough, neat and conscientious. It is so nice to drive up to our home now that Walter is taking care of the yard---it always looks perfect. He's our guy!

I called Walter because I was trying to sell my house. Walter cleaned up my landscaping, put down fresh mulch and rocks, mowed my lawn and did allot of weed eating at a fantastic price. He did an excellent job. He used the weed eater in places my husband never even pays attention to. A week later I got a contract on my house. It made me wonder if I should of called Walter sooner than I did. He is a really friendly hard working guy.
